Overview – Individual Homeschooled Students
Our Fine Art program gives homeschooled teens (max 6 per class) the mentorship and guidance needed to develop artistic confidence and skill. Classes are tailored to each student’s experience, interests, and pace.
Course Goals
Master drawing fundamentals, composition, and observation skills.
Explore multiple mediums: pencil, charcoal, watercolor, and acrylic.
Develop a personal artistic voice and creative confidence.
Build a foundation for future artistic exploration and portfolio work.
How Classes Work
Once or twice per week, 90 minutes per session.
Rolling start throughout the school year with one-on-one support.
Materials: students can supply their own or opt for a shipped kit.
Classes are live, interactive, and hands-on.

Once per week: Guided projects, medium exploration, and mentorship.
Twice per week: Deeper skill development, portfolio-building projects, and mentorship.

September–October: Drawing basics – lines, shapes, observation, and value.
November–December: Watercolor techniques – washes, blending, and layering.
January–February: Charcoal exploration – texture, depth, and expressive drawing.
March–April: Acrylic fundamentals – color, brushwork, and composition.
May–June: Personal project – guided creation, mentorship, and reflection.
