FAQs
How do online classes work?
All classes are held live via Zoom. Students log in at their scheduled class time, join a small group, and participate in interactive, workshop-style sessions.
What ages are the online programs for?
We offer programs for teens (13–17) and young adults (18–26). Age ranges are kept separate so classes feel comfortable, relevant, and tailored to the group.
What is the class size?
Teen + YA Programs: Maximum of 6 students per class.
Homeschool Groups: Private groups with no max size (custom programs available).
What materials are needed?
Fine Art: A supply list will be emailed after enrollment (can be adapted to what’s already at home).
Creative Writing & English Literature: Just a notebook and pen, though laptops/tablets are welcome.
Are classes recorded?
No. To protect student privacy and create an open, safe environment, classes are live only and never recorded.
Can students join mid-year?
Yes. Enrollment is rolling, so students can join at any time without falling behind. Teachers provide personalized guidance to help new students feel welcomed and ready to learn.
What if my student misses a class?
We don’t offer make-up classes, but teachers provide a short recap and optional assignments to keep students on track.
Can students outside the U.S. enroll?
Yes! Our programs are open to international students. Class times are listed in Pacific Time (PT), and students join from across the globe.
Do you offer custom programs?
Yes. Families and homeschool groups can create tailored art, writing, or literature programs, with options for once or twice per week.
Who teaches the online programs?
Programs are led by professional artists and writers with real-world experience. Classes focus on mentorship, creativity, and skill development — not rote learning.
How long are the programs?
Standard Programs (Teens + YA): 12 weeks or 12 months, depending on the track.
Homeschool Programs: By school year, aligned with your student’s calendar.
