Location: Berlin, Germany
Challenge: An independent electronic musician was playing frequent gigs across Europe but struggled to translate live buzz into deeper fan engagement and merch sales.
Solution: We built a behind-the-scenes experience that turned fans into collectors:

  • An intimate email series chronicling studio sessions, city snapshots, and setlist secrets

  • A limited-edition merch drop only available to “backstage access” subscribers

  • A digital zine emailed monthly with audio postcards and musings on sound + space

    Outcome: Merch sales tripled and email subscribers grew by 600% in 60 days. Fans described feeling “invited into the story” rather than just consuming the music.
